This discovery phase is integral in bringing your ideas to life, as we translate your plans into an articulate, actional home plan.

II. Design Development 

This phase of the process digs deep, evolving initial ideas and mood boards into tangible blueprints with a defined budget. At this time, an architect—either your own preferred firm or one of Grove Mountain’s trusted partners—joins the team to create technical construction drawings. While this progresses, we commence interior design planning by providing the option to bring on a designer or your choice or engage Grove Mountain to select finishes, fixtures and equipment. Whether building for the adventurist, outdoor enthusiast, entertainer or multi-generational family, Grove Mountain establishes an identity for your home that is symbolic of your lifestyle—today and for decades to come.

III. Construction Execution 

We oversee each facet of the construction process, providing a level of transparency and dependability from the initial groundbreaking to the final finish work—a true rarity in our industry. IV. Welcome Home 

The most exciting phase in the homebuilding process, we hand over the keys to your newly completed home. By the time this exchange has taken place, we’ve thoroughly inspected every square inch of the home to confirm there are no areas overlooked. Once you’ve settled in, we will remain in contact to ensure the home continues to meet your expectations.
